These terms describe account setup, direct fan conversations, creator profiles, named account use, and media review before public display.

Account access

Account setup confirms the details required before signed-in fan and creator areas open.

The same account setup rule applies to fans and creators.

Creator conversations

Fans can start direct conversations with creators after account setup.

Creators can reply after a fan initiates a conversation. Fans see the creator profile in the conversation, and LonelyFans keeps the account history needed to protect both sides.

Creator review

Creator profiles begin as private drafts and are reviewed before they can go public, appear in discovery, or receive tips.

A live creator page does not guarantee tip eligibility. Creator earning access may require extra identity and safety checks.

Support and tips

Support is voluntary and fan initiated. There are no product-level recurring charges at launch.

Tips, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and failed payments may be reviewed so balances and account access stay accurate.

Content and safety review

Content must follow the platform rules. Material that violates those rules can be removed.

Feed media is reviewed before public display. Reports, takedowns, account strikes, and appeal review are preserved as safety evidence.

Named account use

Creator-side work uses named user accounts and permissioned access.

Creator-side actions stay attributable to the named user who performed them.
